Shipping Policy

Riya Hygiene is committed to deliver your order with good quality products with good packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies.

What are the Shipping & Handling Charges?

We charge a minimal charge for all orders within India. The shipping charges will be notified at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. The shipping charges and minimum order value may change as and when if there are any offers during a certain period. Our prices are all inclusive.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Most orders are delivered within 5 working days. However, in case there are few areas which are out of coverage deliverable areas, the delivery time may be longer. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

If you do not receive a shipment within 10-15 days of ordering, please inform us by emailing care@riyahygiene.com with “Order Issue” in the subject line, within 15 days, so that we can serve you better and sort out the issue with the shipment.

 

Sometimes in case of large orders, we deliver the boxes separately. Please do not panic in case you don’t receive your whole order in one shipment. We will surely deliver your entire order. In case you still have any issues, please mail us at care@riyahygiene.com 

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 823 823 4530 or email us care@riyahygiene.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost after receiving back the damaged product to us. To receive your replacement, the original product must be returned. We reserve the right to determine whether the product is in a satisfactory condition for use.

Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

What if the product received is missing or in damaged condition?

A missing or damaged product in the order must be reported to the company within 24 hours of delivery with aunboxing video and reference image attached. In the event that someone complains after this time, we will not be able to help.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Riya Hygiene! We invite you to read our return policy:

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the terms below. Returned products can only be replaced- no monetary rewards will be granted.

  1. Once sold, products can only be returned if the product is damaged, or the product is untouched. Inferior quality is defined as quality lower than what is written in the product description.
  2. Opened and Used products cannot be returned.Product should not be opened/used and should be in a Marketable Condition.
  3. Packaging can be damaged during transport and cannot be returned on the basis of damaged packaging.
  4. The display images are made with the use of computer graphics. Products cannot be returned on the basis that the product or packaging is not an exact replica of the display.
  5. To receive your replacement, the original product must be returned in sellable condition. We reserve the right to determine whether the product is in a satisfactory condition for use.
  6. We reserve the rights to charge on returned or product replacement in terms of shipping fees, handling fees, packaging costs and other charges at actual inclusive taxes.

To initiate a return, please email care@riyahygiene.com with your Order ID and sales invoice number. We will respond promptly to assist you with your return. Thank you for shopping with Riya Hygiene!

Cancellation & Refunds

Customers will have an option to cancel their orders through the dashboard when they login into their profile.

Customer needs to initiate the order Cancellation within the 24 hours after the order placed with successful payment prior to product dispatched / shipped. In such cases, we will cancel the order and refund the amount in 7 business working days.

In case the order has already been shipped, please call our customer care at 823 823 4530 or email us care@riyahygiene.com mentioning your Order ID to get the order cancelled with Refund. We shall charge and deduct the shipping fees inclusive taxes on such cancellations while refund. Upon cancellation, once we received back the shipped products, Refund will be initiated.

We also reserve the rights to charge and deduct amount on cancelled order in terms of shipping fees, platform fees, convenience fees, handling fees, packaging costs and other charges at actual inclusive taxes. It might take 7 business working days to reflect the refund amount back to your account. If not, kindly contact us on care@riyahygiene.com and call our customer care at 823 823 4530. If your concern is not resolved in 30 days, you can contact our Grievance Officer.
